Most Open Premier Division Empty Most Open Premier Division

With early pacesetters Wroxham and Dereham Town suffering defeats over the past couple of weeks, this season's Premier title, after a quarter of the matches played, hasn't got that feel of a one horse race about it as in previous seasons. I think that this could be the most open race for years. Question
