When I was at Stanway v CRC last night, I heard a rumour that the Chairman/Secretary of Wivenhoe had left the Club with immediate effect. Does anybody know if this is true?

It would appear so given the statement on the clubs web site. No price on loyalty it would appear!
Still I guess a new chairman might see the light and bring in a change of manager who could win more than 7 games in 70 odd league matches.
