And following the demolition of Stanway Rovers last evening, the team you follow won't be too far away on that showing!

It wasn't so much a victory, it was a near slaughter ! The number 4 & 5 for Stanway are probably still dizzy this morning after being turned inside out so many times, they were beaten so many times for pace that it took about 20 attempts each to get booked because they couldn't get that close to foul anyone. It could/should have been more as well, the easiest chance was in the first half from 5 yards with an open goal.

We had to make 4 changes from saturday as well & top striker Mr Cranfield was out, god knows how many we would have got with a full strength team out !

This saturday we face Norwich Utd in the FA Cup, a team that Stanway beat last week, does this mean they are worse than them ? I would still be happy with a 1-0 win though.

I watched the Norwich Utd v Stanway Rovers game on Saturday and Norwich should have been two up in 20 mins and who knows what would have happened if they did. However, credit Stanway for coming back like they did in the second half. Talking of Stanway, i see their attendance for last nights game against Felixstowe was omitted on the Mitoo site. Not the gremlins again!!!!!!
