Lowestoft Towns Dave 'The Drummer' Ainslie sadly passed away tonight,my thoughts and condolences are with his family and all the friends he made in local football.

Met DTD on a number of occasions through my association with FC Clacton/Clacton Town. Dave had a real soft spot for Clacton after he was the victim of a particularly unsavoury incident, and was helped by a number of Clacton supporters.

Lowestoft will never be the same without him.
